Today's episode I have 3 guests,  Kirsti, Paula & Keira discussing Brain Fog.  Together we have 3 stages from Peri, Menopause and Post, a great combination of brain fog issues along the way.

Brain fog is a very common part of the Menopause so its no wonder we forget things.  In this conversation, topics of misplacing keys, forgetting words, schedules and clothing are mentioned! Talking about this in a group makes you feel a bit more normal, especially when you forget simple things like 9 minus 3!
